Thanks to Sheila Pearce, Brendon Smurthwaite, Karen & Richard Clark for helping the day to run smoothly. It was disappointing to only have 28 riders for the 11th Moors Marathon but they all enjoyed a brilliant day’s riding across these beautiful moors. I haven’t sorted out the accounts yet but we will hopefully be donating over £200 to the Scarborough & Ryedale Mountain Rescue Team. This is the last time I will be organising the event so if you want a 12th event then please volunteer.
