Next event –> Saturday March 30th –> Deramore Arms, York | Enter by Weds 27th

It’s the final winter ‘treasure hunt’ format event on Saturday 30th March.

Start & finish is at The Deramore Arms in Heslington, York; and the course takes in the bridleways, cycle paths and lanes to the south of York.

It’s the usual format – two hours; registration from 0915-1015 and starts between 0930-1030.

If you’re feeling like a run before the event, then the Heslington Parkrun is nearby and timings make it easy to do the run and then join this event.

The course map is below – and hopefully it will offer something for all riders.  The Swallow Hall Golf Club have kindly allowed us to use the track from Wheldrake Lane to Wheldrake Woods (watch out for golf balls!) The course is designed to avoid too much riding on the main roads, and despite the recent rain, I hope the tracks will have dried out.

Online entry is here – please enter before midnight on Wednesday March 27th

You’ll see that Tim and I have conspired to produce another “custom orientation” map to provide as interesting a course as possible!

2019 League

The dates for the 2019 NYMBO League are now online. This year, we’ve produced a single flier rather than one for each event. You’ll find that here NYMBO 2019 Events v1. This will be republished as required. but hopefully the two-page format is easier for everyone.

Hi, setting off at that time isn’t a problem as I’ll be there manning the finish at that point. Not sure about the finish, but we can probably worth something out. Might have to class as “non-competitive” though as we usually announce who’s won in the pub by about 1245-1pm. Hope thta’s ok and see you there!
