Online entry closes midnight Thursday 25th August
20% discount for entries before midnight Wednesday

Registration – 1130 – 1245
Starts 1200 – 1300

The event is using MapRun (FAQ’s here) – please download the course from Friday onwards before you set off to the event.

We’ve used most of the tracks/bridleways in this area for previous events, however we’ve got access to a couple of small areas of woodland which we’ve never used before and they both have some good tracks in them.

As you would expect given the recent hot weather the tracks are very dry, some at the edges of field are quite lumpy where the hoof marks have dried hard, not to many cut hedges though, the weather forecast is looking good and should remain dry.

Parking: Location of parking field is the same field for the foot O use on Saturday and Sunday (note parking is in a different location for foot sprint O on Monday) further info on Eborienteers website – White Rose Weekend – Eborienteers Orienteering

The assembly area and campsite has had to be changed (21/07) and is now south of Gilling East village, 20 miles north of York. Turn Left at the second Yearsley turn from the B1363, coming from the south. Turn right, signposted Yearsley, coming from North. Nearest post code YO62 4HY, or https://what3words.com/throwaway.solicitor.fishery or OS grid ref SE 598747.

The campsite, assembly, and day parking have one main entrance from the public road. There will be no exit from here. There is a separate exit. When driving into the Assembly fields the campsite is in one field to the left, with assembly and day parking in another to the right, please follow directions.
